Is there any obligation?

None. The initial conversation is exploratory. If there is a fit, we propose a velocity tier to start at - anywhere from AI Direction to Dedicated Transformation. Either way, if we start you have a scoped 90-day roadmap in hand within the first two weeks. If not, you walk away with a clearer view of what to do next.
